Staying at Hotel Nantipa
Located in the Nicoya Peninsula on the Santa Teresa Beach, Hotel Nantipa is a unique, luxury boutique hotel made of a series of 15 bungalows with full and partial beach views.
The word “nantipa” means blue in the Chorotega language. The Chorotegans, a native tribe, lived in the Nicoya Peninsula when Columbus and the Spaniards came to Costa Rica in the 16th century. Additionally, Nicoya is considered by UNESCO as one of the world’s five “Blue Zones” because of the longer life expectancy and healthy life style of locals.
Hotel Nantipa strives to offer world-class service and hospitality on one of the most stunning beaches in Costa Rica. The relaxed yet luxurious feel this hotel provides will guarantee an unforgettable vacation.
Privacy and luxury in a great location
Each bungalow is surrounded both by beautiful Costa Rica flora and fauna and part of the beach, offering guest privacy. The hotel is also located close to the beach town, Santa Teresa, where you can find great waves for surfing, coffee shops, bars and a diverse mixture of locals and tourists.
