Day 1:
You’ll start your trip by flying into San Jose, where a My Costa Rica representative will be waiting for you with a custom welcome package. My Costa Rica will shuttle you to your first hotel in San Jose and answer any questions you have about your upcoming romantic honeymoon.
Day 2:
After you’ve had a great night’s sleep in San Jose, it’s time to start your honeymoon adventure! My Costa Rica will pick you up from your hotel and take you to your first stop: the Arenal Volcano. The Arenal Volcano is an incredible active volcano surrounded by Lake Arenal, the Arenal Volcano National Park and the town La Fortuna. Between the lake, volcano and national park, there are endless activities to choose from. Go horseback riding through the park, kayaking on the lake or souvenir shopping in La Fortuna. You can also visit the Tabacon Resort and relax in the hot springs or hike to the La Fortuna waterfall. Be sure to check out Nayara Springs if you’re looking for a luxurious and romantic spa resort.
Day 3:
Get your adrenaline pumping on day three with an unforgettable canopy tour! Sky Trek and Sky Tram tours allow you to see the rainforest from the sky. The Sky Trek is a zip-line tour that lets you fly through the canopy at top speeds. If you prefer a more relaxing experience, try the Sky Tram, a gondola tour that takes you through the canopy on a gondola. Explore the flora and fauna from the sky and make sure to watch for monkeys and sloths relaxing in the tree tops!
Day 4:
On day four My Costa Rica picks you up and transfers you to your next Costa Rica destination: Manuel Antonio. Get ready for beautiful ocean views and diverse wildlife! You’ll check into your hotel and get ready to explore the amazing Manuel Antonio National Park.
Day 5:
On day five we will take you on tour through the Manuel Antonio National Park. This tour is guided, which means you’ll see a ton of wildlife. The guide will point our sloths, monkey, iguanas, tropical birds and more. Don’t forget your camera! If you have time, Manuel Antonio is another great place to go zip lining. Don’t miss out on the bird’s eye view of the beautiful rainforest!
Day 6:
Day six is one you will never forget! You’ll take a catamaran tour along the Pacific coast. Drinks and snacks are provided on the boat, but make sure to eat and drink in moderation so you can enjoy snorkeling, paddle boarding and swimming! Keep an eye our for dolphins, turtles and other marine life along the side of the boat!
Day 7:
Now we’re off to Drake Bay. Drake Bay is one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. It’s located in the Osa Peninsula. My Costa Rica will transfer you to your hotel for check in. You’ll want to relax for a bit to get ready for the next few days!
Day 8:
On day eight you’ll get up bright and early to head to Caño Island. Caño Island is a secluded island about 15 kilometers off the mainland. You’ll have a great time exploring the island and spotting lots of wildlife. It’s the perfect spot for snorkeling and scuba diving.
Day 9:
Today you will tour the Corcovado National Park, one of the most biodiverse locations in the world. You’ll experience the hike of the lifetime. Don’t forget water, sunscreen, bug spray and your camera!
Day 10:
On day ten My Costa Rica will take you back to San Jose to catch your flight home. We can’t wait to see you again!
