Ocho Artisan Bungalows is a small, adults-only hotel right on Tamarindo Beach, 200 meters south of Via Condotti in the middle of town. The bungalows are handcrafted in wood, marble and glass, set in a green garden between the jungle and the sea. It suits couples who want to walk out to the beach in the morning and into town for dinner without needing a car.

- A jacuzzi of your own. The Presidential, Pool-Front and Horizon Luxe bungalows are 1,200 sq ft each, with a king bed and a private jacuzzi for two.
- Adults only, on the beach. Because the hotel is for grown-ups, the beachfront pool and the beach club stay calm, and the sand is a few steps from your door.
- Tamarindo on foot. The hotel is in the heart of town, so restaurants and shops are a short walk away and you can leave the driving to us.
Rooms and views
The Presidential Ocean View Bungalow is the one to ask for: 112 square metres with a patio looking at the beach, an indoor-outdoor bathroom with a double jacuzzi tub and an open-air shower, Italian marble walls, timber ceilings, a dining area and an outdoor lounge. The Luxury Pool-Front Bungalow opens onto the pool, steps from the ocean. The Horizon Luxe looks across the pool toward the Pacific through floor-to-ceiling glass, with a covered terrace and warm wood finishes.
The Jungle View Bungalows are 700 sq ft and face the garden, each with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor-outdoor shower and a terrace with a chill-out bed. With a kitchen of their own, they work well for a longer stay.
On the property
The Ocho Beach Club is the restaurant and bar on the sand. Breakfast runs from 8:00 to 12:00 with homemade bread, small-batch coffee and cold-pressed juice, golden hour is 15:30 to 17:30, and in the evening the kitchen turns to coastal cooking and handcrafted cocktails.
The concierge books tours for you: adventure and nature, time on the water, day trips, wellness and cooking. There is Wi-Fi, safe deposit boxes and secure parking, and the hotel also hosts weddings.
