Fly into San Jose Costa Rica, where My Costa Rica will meet you at the airport and give you a private transfer to Hotel Alta located in the hills overlooking the natural beauty of the Central Valley. Relax in the hotel spa, fitness center and spa on your first night and get ready for your week of adventure!
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, our driver will pick you up for a private transfer to the airport to catch your domestic flight to the Osa Peninsula– Costa Rica’s undiscovered paradise! During your domestic flight you’ll get an incredible view of the lush country hills. Fly into beautiful Puerto Jimenez where will you be met by the staff of the Rafiki Safari Lodge and your adventure begins! It is a wilderness tent camp that is also a luxurious resort with great amenities. Committed to sustainable tourism, the lodge is located on 842 acres of wild and untouched jungle alongside the Savegre River. The area is full of natural wonders that all travelers will love. Enjoy lunch and dinner at the amazing Rafiki.
Another fantastic day on the Osa Peninsula! Enjoy your breakfast before packing up and heading into Puerto Jimenez to the airport. Catch a flight to Quepos where a driver will meet you too and take you to your next destination, El Remanso Lodge. Drive through the jungle for 22 kilometers until you arrive at the Lodge to enjoy an amazing lunch. Enjoy your classic cabin with its beautiful ocean and jungle view and settle in. Enjoy a wonderful dinner made from local products and enjoy the sounds of the jungle as you drift off to sleep!
Day 4 & 5:
You certainly won’t get bored at this fantastic jungle lodge. Choose to zip through the trees on a canopy tour, take a guided hike by the day and at night, go dolphin watching in the Golfo Dulce, horseback riding or bird watching. Whatever you choose, you’re sure to find a world-class tour operator, amazing views and an overall amazing experience.
Day 6 & 7:
There are so many tours you can take from El Remanso Lodge, you’ll want to stay for an additional week. Go to the Corcovado National Park and see monkeys, sloths, scarlet macaws and more. Or perhaps you want to see Marine life up close? Take a day trip to Cano Island, and spot turtles, whales and dolphins. Other incredible activities available include waterfall repelling, swimming, surfing, hiking and sports fishing. Don’t forget to catch a gorgeous Costa Rican sunset while you’re here!
After Breakfast, catch a ride into Quepos and grab a flight from Quepos to San Jose and your international flight! We hope to see you again soon!
