Hotel in Drake Bay

Hotel Jinetes de Osa fits perfectly in the landscape of Drake Bay in the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The resort consists of twenty acres of rainforest and has three buildings at the beach. Located in two of them whereas the third one accommodates the kitchen and dining area. The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean, at night a fresh breeze from the ocean will cool it. To relax and forget all stress the best way is to sit on the private porch or lie in a hammock, listen to the sound of rainforest and ocean and enjoy the gorgeous view or read a good book.

Drake Bay Activities

Drake Bay is 12 miles away from Corcovado National Park, where the last lowland pacific-coast tropical rainforests thrive. Different nature tours include zip lines, scuba diving, dolphin and whale watching. Also, sports fishing, sea kayaking, waterfall hikes and more. Del Caño Island, just off the coast of Drake Bay, is world-famous for scuba diving and snorkeling. Here you will see great submerged marine life. The island, used in ancient times as an Indian cemetery, does not have as much diversity in wildlife. The mainland but its rich marine life makes up for it.
