Venado Caves Costa Rica

Hiking in Rincon de la Vieja National Park & Oropendula Waterfall with Hacienda Guachipelin

Walk down scenic forest trails to the entrance of Rincon de la Vieja National Park. Enjoy stunning views of the most active and largest volcano in Guanacaste, the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano. Your guide will expand on the different habitats while you hike through the dry forest on the 2.5 mile (3.5 kilometer) long Las Pailas trail. Spot various wildlife species and be rewarded with a swim in the Oropendula Waterfall after your hike. It falls down 82 ft (25 meters)! Canopy Combination AMA and Adventure Tour

A tractor will take you to the first observation point where you will start a natural history walk through the jungle to the first canopy cable. Misha Yorkin Indigenous Community Cahuita

Package to Yorkin Indigenous Community is the best way to live an authentic and unforgettable experience visiting a native Bribri village in the heart of the Talamanca Mountains.

Jeep Boat Jeep Arenal To Monteverde

Enjoy your transfer from Arenal to the Cloud Forests of Monteverde with this very scenic route! A van will pick you up at your hotel in Arenal and drive you to the Arenal Lake (this will take approx. 1 hour), then you will board a boat to cross the Arenal Lake (approx. 1 hour), upon the other side of the lake you will have a different van drive you to your hotel in Monteverde (approx. 1 hour). Kids Saving the Rainforest Wildlife Sanctuary Tour

KIDS SAVING THE RAINFOREST (KSTR) is a non-profit organization, that focuses on the rescue and release of rainforest animals. They are able to help over 130 abandoned and injured animals every year! San Pedrillo Corcovado National Park Tour

Considered to be one of the wonders of the world, Corcovado holds 13 major ecosystems, beach habitats, and coastal marine diversity. The abundance of flora and fauna overcomes everybody! Baird’s tapirs, jaguars, pumas, macaws, toucans, squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys, spider monkeys, capuchin monkeys, two-toed and three-toed sloths, agoutis, giant anteaters, coatimundis, peccaries (wild pigs), hummingbirds, black hawks, spectacled owls, 4 species of turtles (green, Ridley, hawksbill and leatherback), crocodiles, snakes, lizards, golden-orb spiders, numerous types of butterflies, and various insects are calling Corcovado their home and the list goes on!

Be prepared for a wet landing at San Pedrillo ranger station. The trails snake along pristine beaches into a deep rainforest. Your guide will lead you to magnificent waterfalls and swimming holes! Usually, two hikes separated by a picnic lunch break are part of this tour. The first one in the morning is approximately three and half hours long. Pointing out various wildlife to you, your guide will explain to you the different habitats and answer all your questions. The afternoon hike is normally a bit shorter featuring an ascent to a waterfall, where you will be able to take a refreshing swim!

During the entire tour, please take CAUTION while staying on the trails and listening to your guides! Always be aware of your surroundings! It is not recommended to go behind the waterfall.

Coast Jet Ski – Manuel Antonio Adventure

This Manuel Antonio tour is perfect if you just want to get out and have some fun. Round trip transportation is provided and you will be picked up at your hotel and go to the Quepos’s pier, where the jet skis’ platform is located. Safety lockers are provided, so you can put all of your belongings in them. Your guide will give you a safety talk and you will get a chance to try a few practice runs on Yamaha Wave runners. These Jet Skis have low emission engines, to preserve the environment and each one of them has a dry compartment where you can store small items such as your camera. This 2 hour excursion will take you where you can see three islands and spot birds flying overhead. During your Jet Ski tour you will make a 30 minute stop at Biesanz Bay where you can snorkel and try to find schools of parrotfish, angelfish and starfish. Water visibility depends of the season. This Manuel Antonio tour provides you with snacks and beverages, and does not require previous experience.

Night Walk at the Wildlife Refuge Monteverde

This Night Hike is an excellent opportunity to see the vast biological diversity in Monteverde up close. You have the chance to see animals that come out only at night. The Wildlife Refuge in Monteverde is a protected area of 30 hectares of beautiful cloud forest. Before your hike begins you will meet your guide and he will tell you about the tour and explain that you are allowed to take pictures without using a flash. Your guide will then lead you along trails and point out wildlife with a normal and special UV flashlight. During the tour you may have luck and see sleeping birds (hummingbirds, bellbirds, and toucans), kinkajous, sloths, monkeys, snakes, tarantulas, frogs, and a variety of insects! (Animal sightings cannot be guaranteed).

San Pedrillo Ranger Station – Corcovado National Park Tour

Be prepared for a wet landing at San Pedrillo ranger station. The trails snake along pristine beaches into a deep rainforest. Your guide will lead you to magnificent waterfalls and swimming holes! Usually, two hikes separated by a picnic lunch break are part of this tour. The first one in the morning is approximately three and half hours long. Pointing out various wildlife to you, your guide will explain to you the different habitats and answer all your questions. The afternoon hike is normally a bit shorter featuring an ascent to a waterfall, where you will be able to take a refreshing swim!

The tubing course is about 0.5 miles (800 meters) long. Life jackets and helmets are provided – Please bring water shoes with a secure heel strap, otherwise you can rent them for $4 a pair. NOTE: Minimum age 8 years; with a guide 7 years.

The certified river guides will lead you through the class II rapids of the beautiful Arenal River while you are enjoying the spectacular views on the tropical scenery. Kids Saving the Rainforest Wildlife Sanctuary

KIDS SAVING THE RAINFOREST (KSTR) is a non-profit organization, that focuses on the rescue and release of rainforest animals. They are able to help over 130 abandoned and injured animals every year! Listen to unique and amazing success stories firsthand from the caretaker. After an animal regained their health they are released back into the wild, however some animals are not able to be released. These are looked after in a safe sanctuary by KSTR. Experience all the love and dedication yourself and meet the endangered Titi Squirrel, Whiteface Capuchin, Spider, Marmoset, and Tamarin Monkeys!
