With 17 acres with tropical gardens filled with Heliconias and fruit trees and two natural ponds, which creates the perfect setting for relaxation and serenity. Tenorio Lodge has an excellent Lodge, composed of the reception area, a souvenir shop, restaurant, and a bar. The souvenir shop features handmade local products, which helps support the local community. The lodge also features a terrace with excellent views of the Tenorio Volcano. The restaurant serves delicious dishes prepared with fresh products from local farms. There are also two red cedar wood Jacuzzis located in the middle of a beautiful garden filled with Heliconias. The 12 spacious bungalows at Tenorio Lodge have large windows for natural light as well as beautiful views. They include one king sized bed and one queen sized bed as well as a table and chairs. The rustic design and views will help you to relax in the natural setting. Tenorio Lodge also committed to sustainable practices and conscious about the impact on the environment. The bungalows were built with minimal environmental impact and were built by local workers using local materials. The lodge is trying to obtain CST certification and has energy and water saving programs. They also have support and give back to the local community.

The certified river guides will lead you through the class II rapids of the beautiful Arenal River while you are enjoying the spectacular views on the tropical scenery. This adventure in the Arenal Canyon will leave you with wet clothes and a big smile. – Horseback Riding

The 2 hour hike takes you through the trails at Club Rio where you will experience a Gallery Rainforest. You could see different species of birds, as well as frogs and capuchin monkeys.
– Rock Wall Climbing
Develop your physical and mental strength! The climbing walls are 50 yards (15 meters) high and offer different routes as well as various difficulty levels. Harnesses, helmets and climbing shoes are provided. No prior experience is necessary. NOTE: Minimum age 7 years.
